A.R.C.C. is a state licensed agency that has been providing
substance abuse treatment services in the community of West
Palm Beach, Florida for several years.  Our goal has been to
bridge the gap in the effectiveness of addiction treatment.  We
continue to work on attaining our goal through a unique
approach in treatment, and by effectively helping individuals
